Poor maintenance, upkeep, and noisy neighbors are an issue here. Everytime it rains, the vent in my entryway leaks and saturates the carpeting. I've called the office numerous time, but it has still not been fixed! At this point, I fear my carpet is a breeding ground for mold. The shower in the master bathroom leaks badly. I've complained about this on several occasions. They always promise to fix it, but after 4 months, it has not been fixed. The doors and windows are drafty. The neighbors are noisy and play their music loud. I've mentioned this to management and problem stopped temporarily. Now the noise/music has resumed. I have ants in the kitchen and bathrooms - which I've also notified management, but to no avail. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I think this anonymous person is just too picky. They rated everything as if this place was the ghetto. A 1 out of 5 for safety? If this place were located in Inglewood or something. A 1 out of 5 for noise? This person must have been afraid of their neighbors if they didn't have the courtesy of at least letting their neighbors know that they're a little too loud. Some times people forget. This person could have also called the cops to file a report, which would have stopped the problem in the first place. A 1 out of 5 for construction? Has anyone seen this place yet? It's a quiet neighborhood with a lot of thick trees, which means it's established. The nearest construction is at the mall. Maybe they heard a drill, a lawn mower, or a tree chipper. If that's the case, then why would they rate maintainance a 1? I spoke to 3 different residents and they all said they've never had a problem with repairs. I personally think this anonymous reviewer should move to a 50 retirement community. That's just my opinion of this person's review.

I totally agree with this review. I have lived here for a year and thank God I am moving. The roof leaks in about 5 different places whenever it rains. The washers are always breaking down. The walls are so thin I can hear the neighbors talking on the phone but that is a minor issue. It does not feel safe here at all, the police are always being called for some kind of domestic dispute or the other. The maintenance is very poor. The actual apartment is large & spacious for the money but this totally feels like the ghetto. The grounds are not well maintained I'm always finding trash, drink cans, etc left outside of my apartment on the floor. No one here seems to care if they live in a slum, and if you do you end up moving out as soon as your lease is over. If you don't mind the neighbors yelling at 2 in the morning about their personal issues and you don't mind poor maintenance, a damp home, broken appliances, etc then you will love it here.
