I live here, and overall it has been a nice experience. Whenever I have had a problem, they have been pretty quick to respond. The building is old, really old. So the cabients are just repainted over and over again..., but the appliences in the kitchen are all BRAND NEW. That was a major plus for me. We do have a bug problem, earwigs and sometimes silverfish, but I can deal. At least it isn't roaches!! I wish that the laundry rooms were cleaner and opened better hours, I wish that the landscaping was nicer, and I wish that one maintance guy didn't smell like her just smoked a pack of ciggarettes before he came in to my home...
