all neighbors loud & young. loud parties every weekend lasting from early afternoon until early next morning. witnessed drug use, and other foul play. There are major rat, ant, and other pest issues that were pointed out but never adressed. Very unprofessional staff.
I asked on a number of occasions to have things fixed aroung the apartment ( the balcony was falling and unsupported if you walked on it), carpet stains, broken drawers in kitcken, etc.) no matter how many times i asked, they never came to fix anything. when I moved out, I recieved only 100 dollars back from my deposit and ended up being charged for it all.
Very hot in summer, no A/C, horrible heating system, dirty pool and spa.
