Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Management has declined in professionism and customer service over the past couple of years. This could be due to cut backs or a new resident manager'! Anyway, they are reasonably priced and theft is average. The walls are thin, and the less-than-desireable neighbors are moving in here, with poor courtesy and loud music at night (car unit). The location is decent.
