Beware: this place is absolutely appalling for many different reasons! Here is the short list; inexperienced management, infestation of spiders and ants, noisy loud tenants, cheap fixes to apartments as well as sex offenders close by (check out the meganslaw website).

I can say that I have lived here for years, I've seen people move in and move out. In the past 6 months tenants seem to be moving out and very few moving in. In some buildings 2/4 apartments are vacant, take a walk around and look for yourself!

I've seen law enforcement vehicles frequent the front office as well as around the complex. About 2 months ago we had the local Sheriffs office literally sitting there for about 2 weeks waiting for someone.

Building have many cracks, but were filled with silicone and have been repainted. When they repainted they did a shotty job, not bothering to repaint doors. Doors dont seem to close right in apartments. Whwn you close doors windows rattle and shake. When they do work on buildings they use your carports for their own use and you cannot access into your storage units, sometimes for weeks at a time.

I have had many problems with spiders and ants. I go through every month and spray outside because their yearly spray doesn't do much good. When we moved in we had ants that were dried into the paint in the celing in the bathroom.

Whatever you do, please do not move here! There are other places locally that are better managed and better cared for. If you don't believe me look for yourself. Take a walk afterwards if you see someone outside, ask them about their own personal experience there!
