Two years a go charter was one of the best conservative place to live in Thousand Oaks. May be because of the economic changes, things are changing gradually people who can't maintain the standards we had 2 years ago have moved in. Yes you can't have empty apartments when you are in business however, the standard of living should not be eroded by cheap mannered incoming tenants. Although, the swimming pool on 788 is built under canopy of trees! its dirty but not due to dropping tree leaves I guess the person assigned to clean is not doing a credible job. Please, retain the conducive standards of the past years. To some of us this are not just apartments it's our homes. The apartments being Superior to most others is un-acceptable, we need to go back to be the best in Thousand Oaks.
