In this area, it is almost impossible to find affordable housing. My wife and I were very lucky to stumble upon this 2 bedroom 1 bath for $950 per month. We live on the second floor with vaulted ceilings. Overall, we have had no problems with the management or anyone associated with the complex. The manager does not tolerate any nonsense and keeps the apartments very nice. The only problem with this complex is that there is no airconditioning in the unit. During the summer, it gets very hot..but that is what window A/C units are for. I would highly recommend living here if you can get in.
