I lived in these apartments for 2 years and have to say I have only been gone a week and I miss it. The grounds are kept nice and it was just a great place to come home to. The walls are a little thin but if you get a top floor unit and live over tolerant people you are fine. Im sad I left and if I return to Thousand Oaks as a renter this will be the first place I look. Though the buildings dont look like much they are actually quite nice on the inside. For the money in this area you can't beat them.
