The apartments are ok and the area is ok. But the walls are paper thin and if you are in a downstairs unit you can hear normal footsteps above. If you end up with a large family or kids above you, the noise would be really annoying.

The Management are nice when you first move in, but as soon as you tell them about something that needs fixing, they get snooty. You have to remind them about stuff that needs doing, it can take weeks to months to get stuff fixed. Also they have said they would make improvements to the place, but we've yet to see any new changes. A security gate was mentioned, since then 3 cars were broken into in the car park, yet not even a notice was posted to residents to be watchful.

To their credit, over the last few months they have brought in tenants that are easier to live with - the previous ones were noisy with very noisy kids.
