I think these apartments are older than my parents. We just moved into a newly remodeled apartment, however the paint is already chipping and pealing away. The private contractor they had come in here didn't seal the showers properly and the paint is so uneven. They didn't replace the dishwasher and they just glazed over the already molded shower and tub. The apartment staff blame eachother for their mistakes and it takes three or four times for someone to come out for something to be fixed properly. The rent is comparable, however there are much newer properties out there that have lots more to offer. In addition, the laundry facility has at least one broken machine a week and good luck finding an open one at that! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

It's unfortunate that this reviewer had such a bad experience. It is nothing at all what I have experienced at Granada Gardens. I find the managers responsive, the complex neat and clean, and everything in good repair. While I'm saddened to hear of anyone who was unhappy with anything, if all of these allegations ARE true, they seem to be isolated ones. Everyone I know is pretty happy at Granada Gardens.
