Beer drinkin' kids!

I've lived in several different apts in this complex. None better than the other. Management stinks, to say the least. The washer and dryers never work as a total. The gym is subpar, and wildlife seems to live there more comfortably than the residents. The mailboxs are in one central area - for me, it was about a half mile walk. At one time, I lived next door to two young men, who spent the day away at work, and spent every night drinking, partying, and over-using there barbecue. Eventually, they moved out, and I was forced to live next to a half deaf, half blind man who would blast his TV set until the wee hours of the morning. I am so used to the smell of burning charcoal, and the sound of beer cans being cracked open and thrown into the trash - that it is nearly impossible for me to fall asleep. I have also heard that there are child molesters registered in the area and live here.

One has to wonder about someone who has "lived in several different apts in this complex" and still complains about it. For heaven's sake - it's an apartment complex, not a prison. If you don't like it, move (that's what I'd do!). I believe that most people like the place, however, because the occupancy is consistently high (often a waiting list). And as for mailboxes a half mile away. Come on - one could circle the complex 10 times and still have walked less than half a mile. Time for a new measuring stick?
