OH MY-------- GOD!!! The downstairs a/c is still rattling a pipe every time the fool downstairs turns it on! I am moving out of this -------- at the end of the month since IT STILL HASN'T BEEN-------- FIXED!!! The latest filibustering by ------ is "well, the a/c guy can't come out until next week because it's so busy since the weather is so hot". Ahhh, what about the last 3 months'' LMAO...what a joke!!!
I forgot to mention the place is totally infested with rats! They are in the attic and can come through the ceiling into your food cupboards. They tear up the plants on my patio and I have caught 12 of them in 1 week! 2 traps a night. Manager lady ----- said that they called the exterminator and he refilled the bait station(rat poison box on the outside of the building)...what the FFFF'' If the rats did eat the poison, they'd die in the attic and rot and smell. Nice idea! That was 2 weeks ago and there is more rats now than ever...AVOID THIS DUMP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

I can't imagine that this review was intended for Granada Gardens. It just doesn't make sense. For one thing, the air conditioning is a separate central unit for each apartment, so what is being described as a problem is not physically possible. As for rats... the entire region has what are called "roof rats," which are sometimes spotted, never come inside, and if they ever existed in the numbers that this reviewer suggests the City of Thousand Oaks would be uninhabitable. I find the place very clean and well-maintained, and the only rats I've seen are two-legged ones.

All the negative reviews for Granada Gardens have a positive comment following them--and always anonymous. Hmmm, suspicious. If you are an apt manager, posting anonymous comments of any kind is a violation of the terms of service for this site. You ought to read the "HOUSE RULES" first!! No matter how many positive spions you try to put on a negative review it just makes me creeped out that you are trying to game the internet or this site. Best of luck with that dishonest practice!

First of all I am a professor I am not the management. If you don't stop slandering the managers you will be sued. You are giving false information. Stop blaming the management or you will find yourself slapped with a lawsuit. It is called in case you don't know deafamation of character. You won't have to worry about carrying out your 6 month contract you can be evicted! You might want to consider the consaquences before putting negative feedback on all Granada Gardens comments. You have yours, NOW STOP!
