Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
I lived at Granada Gardens for almost five years, and it was a very positive experience. (I am shocked by some of the other reviews!) My neighbors were friendly and respectful, and the complex was very peaceful and safe. The apartment managers were kind and quickly fixed any problem that I had. The complex has the typical 1970's Thousand Oaks look, but the units are spacious, clean and bright. (And, as an interior designer, I am very particular!) Just be careful in the laundry room; I had some items go missing. (But, then again, I would leave my laundry unattended!)
