I have enjoyed a positive living experience at Granada Gardens for the past 5 years. It's conveniently located in Thousand Oaks and within walking distance to CLU and shopping areas. My roommates and I liked the design of the complex in regard to how the front doors all face inward courtyards and greenbelts filled with large trees, while the parking was around the perimeter. Our friends and families could visit us at any time because parking was not an issue. We also enjoyed the pool and spa areas. In addition, the management was friendly, flexible, and hardworking to provide a safe community for their residents. They responded quickly to concerns, communicated effectively, and were always available to provide assistance. I would highly recommend this complex to other young professionals like myself who are just starting out and need an affordable, yet safe and cozy place to live!
