This complex is beautiful, and quiet and the best location for me between school and work. But there is no way that I am going to renew my lease when it is up. My dishwasher has been leaking since I moved in (8 1/2 months ago) and the management is more concerned with telling me not to hang towels on my balcony than fixing my appliance. When they actually have come by to fix a broken toilet and to look at the dishwasher they made a HUGE mess, and scraped the floor in the kitchen. The people in the office are rude, and not helpful at all. I left my name and number for the manager to call me back, and I was told by the assistant manager that he would take it down but that he doesnt know if she will call me back. .... WHAT'!' In this economy, with the number of units they have empty you would think they would be working to KEEP people in the apartment by treating them with respect and doing their jobs.

I am sick and tired of being called for random stupid things but not to be told that my dishwasher is fixed.

Haha sounds like the apartment managers are monitoring this site. How lame--in this economy, it's insane that any apartment managers would bother tenants, let alone give poor service or be rude. House rules? What a ridiculous notion--are you the hall monitor too? I wouldn't rent here anyway, it's becoming a little ghetto with the abandoned cars and old brown carports. Lots of better, nicer, less intrusive managed apartments out there--hope the orignial poster finds something good and the person who replied realized how petty it was to use an anonymous reply to actually attack a "neighbor."

Oh grow up! I don't believe the Managers have a computer. I have never seen one in the office. Sounds like you came from the "ghetto". Do you really think people believe these stupid feedbacks. The managers are always working I"ve never seen anyone of them bothering anyone. You must suffer from delusions. LOL!

You hang towels from your balcony? I'm glad you're moving. That's so tacky and trashy. Can you imagine what the place would look like if everyone started hanging things over the balconies? Rugs, sheets, flags? Disgusting. I'm not going to pay my money to live in a ghetto.
