I love living at the Knolls. The apartment floorplan (2br/2ba) is the best layed out plan I've ever lived in. It's also the quietest apartment I've ever had...

I have only 2 complaints. The first is the Management Staff. They are rude rude rude!!! I have never had a conversation with any of them without feeling my blood boil! You get interragated even when calling for a simple maintenence problem. I once went in just to see if a pacakge of mine had arrived there only to be treated like a criminal or something.

The other problem was all the kids. I like kids don't get me wrong but the skate all over the place with little regard for other peoples property or traffic. My husband and I almost ran a couple of them over one night as they skated out in front of us from behind a trash dumpster. They also sneak into the pool area at night using their skate boards as a tool to open the gate. When I brought this to managements attention they only apologized for the kids being noisey! Which wasn't even the issue I was not worried about the noise... they weren't being noisey at all! I was thinking about one of them maybe drowning in the pool but the management didn't even flinch at that thought.

Other than that I have to say it's a safe neighborhood, nice grounds, very quiet, great floorplan and I really like living here. Just be prepared for rudeness when you have to deal with anyone in the office and watch out for kids when you are driving.
