The setting is beautiful, the units are well kept, however the buildings are ant infested and they are unable to control the problem and will not make accomodations for any tenant

The complex is beautiful and has plenty of amenities, if however, you don't mind living with chronic outbreaks of ants. I have had ants in my closet-all over my clothing, my linen closet, my laundry room, my kitchen and ceilings. They spray relentlessly, but are unable to control the problem. Ask for a written guarantee that they will control this problem, or keep in mind you will be living with ants all the time.
