Very safe grounds. The other reviews say the noise level is under control...I beg to differ. I am in a 2nd floor, have someone above me and someone below me. The people above are fine. The people below smoke - all the time, meaning I can never open my windows...their music is so loud the floor shakes, they are LOUD - yelling, cursing, fighting. Try to explain THAT to my child. The renters behind us keep their TV on all night not loud...just loud enough to hear the murmer sound all night. Combine these factors has meant that I haven't had a decent night sleep since I moved in 7 months ago. Kids in the parking lots are out of control...they also ride their bikes in the tennis courts - meanwhile yelling and causing a stir.

The maintenance staff have been very competant.

Iffy place to live, I suppose it depends on the unit and of course how respectful your neighbors are.
