These apartments are clean and well run. For the area, they are one of the few apartment complexes that offer as many amenities as they do. The office staff is nice, but not extremely friendly.
The disadvantages are the young people that migrate here from other areas and tend to loiter in the pool areas and workout facility.
The security is non-existent. There have been a few problems with break-ins, and vandalism. So there should be a more visable presence of security and/or police.
Once the office staff is gone for the day, the undesirables come out.
