You must be perfect

Way below average apartment for what you pay in rent. These people are very proud of the dull, lifeless environment they provide to the point that you MUST have perfect credit for them to speak to you; even when you are renewing your lease OR seeking to transfer to a different apartment.
In the six months that have passed since my little brother and a couple of thousand other people perished in the World Trade Center disaster, I have spent well over $16,000 in airfare, hotel and car rentals. My first priority was to be with my family, not Seris-Regis (who owns the knolls). Yes, I let some unimportant bills slip a few months and yes, I mismanaged my accounts in that time. I know few people who could think about their finanaces while trying to comfort their mother as she screams in anguish and while his own heart is breaking.
But Seris-Regis does not care about that. They only care what the numbers say on your credit rating and if you have made your payments on time. They don't want to hear your sad stories and excuses. They want you to be perfect. If you move in, know that you cannot allow yourself to be affected by tragedy in a way that will make them wait a couple of days to get paid; they do not like that. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
