The office staff needs to get people who know what they are talking about and have things in order prior to a visit. A few are on top of things, but other just need a little more training. My apartment was nice yet after a month I had an ant infestation that would not go away. You will also never see security patrolling the area. The apartment complex is in a nice area and therefore the rent is extremely high. A little advice: if you are renting short term, look somwhere else cause they will gouge you with high costs!
