Greedy management

Just like another person said, we were forced to rent a week earlier than we could move in. The management is extremely greedy. Once we needed to send a 2-page fax, they told us we would have to pay $1 per page... When you move out you HAVE to either pay them for steam-cleaning carpets or present them a receipt from another company that did it. This is INDEPENDENT of the carpet condition. In any case, be prepared to shell extra money, even though it is quite expensive to begin with.
I would say, it was the most unfriendly apartment management so far...
