Lots of raises in rent

Just be careful when you move in because the rental increases are ridiculously high. Buildings are not well kept, but the maintenance crew does get on problems quickly. Management picks on you for having a potted plant on the balcony, but they let people keep tons of toys and furniture on their patios - looks like a dump when that happens. Nice surrounding area, that's about it.
