THE KNOLLS IS AN UNFAIR PLACE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. ESPECIALLY TEENAGERS. AND IF YOU MAKE A LITTLE NOISE, THEY'LL KICK YOU OUT WITH ONLY ONE NOTICE. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU'RE A PERFECT "STEPFORD" FAMILY. THE STAFF IS WORSE , THERE'S A HIGH TURN OVER.

You know I have to agree and disagree with you. I lived there several years ago (1993-1998) with my mom and sister. I was a teenager at the time. I lived there from the age of 14 to the age of 19. Now I was certainly not the rambunctious type, but some of my friends were a little obnoxious. however, the neighbors did get on my nerves when we'd be in the pool at night having a normal conversation (not drinking ever, not being loud) and simply because we were teenagers, the neighbors would get upset. On another note: There wasn't high turnover at all. As a matter of fact my family and I were very close with the leasing agent who rented our apartment to us. Also, they had a great babysitters list that my sister and I were on and the leasing agents always recommended us above everyone else. So if you're a good kid you shouldn't have a problem.

I have lived at the the Knolls for 14 years(yes too long)I love it here and would disagree with you. Thank god the staff is on top of Teens I had 8 months of Teenagers living downstairs fighting and helling at all hours, Police being called out at least once a week. I'm glad they kick out people like this.

I have had no problems to this degree at the knolls, but it's very true that the office staff is very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional when it comes to calling them with an issue. I've never lived in a place with a staff rude like this before. It's like they're doing you a favor by picking up the phone!

I agree with Anonymous above: most of us like it quiet. I would actually complain if it were noisy. I wouldn't qualify the management as inconsiderate, just a little pretentious. But we did not have any problems with them and there is definitely low turnover, they are the same people that were here 5 years ago when we rented the first time.
