mean and uncaring management. They were very unreasonable when it came to anything extra curricular like rental of their party facilities and rental of the guest apt.

I agree, I live at the knolls now, and on the very first day of our move in management was rude, and quite upsetting. They were angry that we were trying to move in when they wanted to close down for lunch--at 4:00 in the afternoon! Also, they were very pushy about us buying their own type of renter's insurance. I've never seen leasing staff this bad in my entire life, and I've been renting for over 10 years!

You've never lived at Hillcrest Park Apartments. Count your blessings. Not that this place is the best, but definitely not the worst! Can't wait to find a house to buy!
