Nightmare place to live at Knolls !!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
We lived there for two years. The maintance men were nice. The apt manager (old lady with unnatural facelift)was nasty and rude to us when our requests... Noisy and nosey neighbors.
Move out they charged us for $1300 Even we cleaned everything and took photos before move out. They kept our deposit money- no damage around our apt.
Parking vehicles was too far walking to apt door. Not worth for rent money.
The rent increased too quickly after leased a year.
