Large floorplans at a very reasonable rent. The location is fantastic, relatively secluded on a hill just the other side of the freeway from all of the good TO shopping and restaurants.
The balconies and porches are superb... we put a small couch on ours, with room for 4 or 5 people to sit and chat comfortably; with all the green ivy, trees and birds to look at, we spent an awful lot of time out there and will miss it a lot.
More than anything else, the staff is outstanding. They are really on the ball with keeping the place up, and taking care of tenants' needs, without ever being intrusive or fascist (which is too often the case in large, well-cared for places like this).
