We looked online @ this site before we moved from NYC. Thank god we did not rent here. They want 1400.00 plus a month for a apt with no central air , no central heat, electric water heater . How can a city allow this' In NYC this would be called a flop pad. A place for welfare and single moms( dont mean to rag just the truth). We ended up movig to a place called the knoll or knows'' something like that
