This was not a very pleasant experience living here. The office staff was not helpful in any situation. The manager was not friendly and rather fake.
Cost. The cost of living was outrageous. You can only sign a lease for a limited time. Do to the short term leases, the management raises rent each time you have to re-sign. It's ridiculous! We paid several hundered dollars more than when we moved in!
Bills. They are also outrageous! The complex pays for nothing and divides up all the water used among everyone in the community. We paid more than our fair share due to their system. Bills each month added up to more than 200.00 dollars for only two people. Yikes!
Grounds. It was a pretty place to live with nice surroundings. The maintenance people were out all the time which does make it difficult to nap or sleep-in (weekends too!)
Maintenance. When in need of fixing things around the aparment (which was A LOT!), the staff was right on it. Well, most of the time! We have already had one door fixed, then replaced and then a new door again. Also, we had ants living with us for several days before it was taken care of. Not good!
Safety. Never had a problem or heard of one in the area.
Parking. A pain! Only one parking spot. Almost always, had to park in a business lot just to find a spot.
Overall. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE WANTING TO PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET!
