Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I have been complaining about my upstairs
noisy neighbor to the manager for last 3
months but she can do nothing about it.
They throw lit cigarette butts to my patio
and play PC games all night long even weekdays. Kitchen layouts are poor as no storage. Small bathtub is also hard to use. Chunks of soil remained in the laundry machine shows many field workers live here too.
