If you are hearing impaired this would be the perfect place to live! The apartments themselves are quite nice and spacious. The master in the 2 bedroom unit is huge! There are lots of gross people living here who put upholstered furniture (couches, etc., refrigerators, trash, clotheslines out on their balconies for all to see and management does not seem to care. Many of the neighbors are very loud and party even on the weeknights. You do NOT want a unit anywhere near the swimming pool due to lots of noise, unsupervised children, etc.
I do not recommend Los Robles unless you can sleep through anything!
