My husband and I busted our butts to clean our place before we moved out. We steam cleaned the carpets, scrubbed the floors, sinks, etc. etc. and the Los Robles kept our entire deposit. We rented a 2 bed/2 bath for 14 months, and within that time period our rent went from $1325 to $1638!!

Also there is a couch on the balcony directly above the rental office. Classy.

This is not true. Los Robles does NOT give $300 rent increases!
