You know...it's too bad that only unhappy neighbors tend to visit this website. Apartment Ratings seems like the ultimate place to vent for people who probably have broken all the rules or trashed their apartments and rightfully had their deposits taken away to fix their damage. I've read the reviews for several of the complexes in this area and it seems that's the only type of people who leave comments.
I lived at Los Robles for two years and at The Knolls ever since (had to move from Los Robles because I needed a handicap accessible apartment or I'd still be there). I have had wonderful experiences at both places (helpful staff, good maintenance, etc.). Interesting how more happy people do not express their opinions on this website.
