I have lived here for a few years and have seen this place gone from quiet to loud and trashy. I am constantly picking up beer cans on the mail boxes and thrown fast food bags with trash scattered all over the floor. Haven??t you heard of don't ---- where you sleep. The sad part is that there is a trash can 5 feet away from this mess. I had to call the managers over and over to get things fixed, took weeks. People pee in the lower dryers and put motor oil in the washers. And if I catch the bastered leaving those beer cans on the fire extinguisher box. When you see people who have lived here for 30 years flee out of here you know something is wrong. I think a responsible manager would at least patrol the area to monitor what goes on here. Take some pride in your job; it??s not just a free rent job, work. Sad to say all apartments lately are going down hill, even in T.O and Simi. Looks like all the valley ghetto hoppers are getting rich and moving out here. The apartment is owned by a few people not companies. One guy lives in San Francisco. Last but not least, the elevator broke and it took a week to fix, before it broke it was smashing side to side against the wall. I that it was going to fall. They fixed it and then it stoped on the first floor two feet shy of the floor door opened and if not looking you could fall two feet. There permit is expired on the elavator!!
