The other reviews here have it right: If something breaks, good luck getting it fixed. However, in 3 and a half years in these apartments, emergencies have been rare and the price is far less than other comparable units in the area. The laundry room is terrifying and I would recommend finding a laundromat instead.
Bottom line, if you're a low maintenance person on a budget who can live with noise (fire station down the road) and zero responsiveness from the manager, you'll be happy with the big apartments and affordable price.
