I just don't have anything good to say about the place. From the first day I moved in, it's been one accomodation after another. I was promised things that were never delivered and I was told rules would be enforced and they never were. I was even charged 20.00 cash for a replacement mailbox key and never received a receipt. If you like living in a tenemant, it's just the place for you. I like the diversity of the tenants, but the place is a general mess.
