When I moved in I was told that me and my family might want to use the showers by the pool to save on my electric bill. I came to find out that the water heater in the apartment was very small. In the evening, I had to choose between washing the dishes (no dishwasher)or bathing. I lived in a ground level apartment and could hear every step the occupant upstairs made and I could hear the occupant snoring (even with the windows closed). There were 4 large dryers in the laundry room and at least one was broken all the time. If I was not doing laundry by 6:00 AM on the weekends, I would not be able to do laundry until at least 10:00P and sometimes not even then. The windows are flimsy and would rattle if it was windy. I also had laundry stolen from the dryer. At the time, it was the only option I could afford but was exteremly happy when my circumstances changed and I could get out of there. I would not recommend this complex to anybody
