Very old inside and out.... very thin walls. The whole apartment shakes when someone walks in front of your apartment if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. It looks like the carpets have been changed in centuries...I found everything from greese to come, to many quite questionable substances. Whatever you do never go near the carpeting. Upon moving in the whole place smelled very badly and continued to smell badly throughout my stay. I did everything to combat the smell and nothing worked. The staff was nice... but overall the place is a dump. At $975 for a one bed one bath the apartment building does run much cheaper than most other in Thousand Oaks. Also, it seems to be a pretty safe place.
