These apartments are very old so you can hear throught the walls AND you have to deal with the noise from all the kids playing outside. The Manger doesn't really care what you change in the apartment or how many cats you have. Many of the tenets have been there for a long time and look at you EVERYTIME you walk by as if you're a stranger. One the good side the apartments themselves are very big and roomy with a lot of storage space. Each unit has different carpets,sinks, ect. Good luck trying to get soemthing fixed! Two assigned parking spaces are also a big plus.
