We have been here for quite some time before the rent here went through the roof. New management is better but not great. Bare minimum there is always at least 1-3 washing machines broken at any given time out of 5 machines. Walls are paper thin, you can hear their answering machines, doors closing, even just casual conversations if it's late at night and quiet otherwise. Have had my cars broken into twice. Second attempt failed and of course even though there were fingerprints all over my window the police would do nothing about it. Maintenance is horrible. They go as cheap as they possibly can on everything. They are quite big and there is a decent amount of storage including a shed in the carports that you can lock up. They have raised the rent to $1450 across the board so it doesn't matter if you've been here a month or 10 years everyone pays the same. Only downside is the people who have been here longer have gotten very little in helping update the units to go with the newly redone ones being rented after someone moves out. Maybe $1200 a month, but $1450 is just ridiculous for as old as it is. Maybe if you're lucky you'll get a unit that doesn't have a 30 year old AC unit that can't keep these places cool to save your life in the summer. You can run it all day and be lucky to get it under 85 inside.
