While the apartments are relatively large and initially (not after increases!) the rent was relatively cheap, this apartment building turned out to be a nightmare! Abusive and mendacious manager. Bullying neighbors are given free rein to abuse and intimidate others. Washing machines are free but usually 50% are out of service. When complaints are made about the machines, tenants are told "we can't do anything, it's your fault they break!" If you have a choice between a dank cave and the Biltmore Pavilion apartments choose the latter, otherwise avoid it like the plague.
