UPDATE: Two MONTHS after my initial report:
The Hot Tub is now COMPLETELY broken
The Sauna is STILL "being repaired"
For the amount of rent we pay this is unacceptable.
PLEASE MAKE REPAIRS OR PRO-RATE RENT UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE!
I moved in here only a month ago. The apartment itself is nice and clean. New carpets, stove, micro. The problem is the facilities. The hot tub is broken. The gym is run down. The pool table has no cues or balls. The sauna is "being repaired". This has gone on for a month now. I wrote a letter to the manager but after reading here that the hot tub was broken a year ago I don?t have much hope. The laundry is nice though. New machines.
