I have been living in this complex for awhile. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and its proximity to shopping, dining and the 101 is great. Unfortunately the management has become terrible. The grounds look awful. The pool is clean, but has broken stone around it and plaster is peeling. The spa is broken and no repairs have been made, the gym is severly delapidated and the new gym has been "under construction" for several months. The manager says these aren't necessities and they are looking into working on the problems. I pay for these amenities in my rent and they are part of the reason I rented with this complex. Also this is a no pet complex, and I see dogs. The office staff said this was the safest city in the US, well not this part my neighbors car was broken into and police are here constantly
