Lost a good manager...building doomed!

We have lived here a long time and they have changed staff more frequently than most people change their underwear. They finally got in a great manager named Martina. She really cared about us, listened to our problems, etc. Maintenance has always been a nightmare at this property. The service stinks. (we only stay because our apartment is so big; rents are too high.) Martina was dilligent and forced those maintenance people to address several issues that had been pending for almost a year! Our neighbors two doors over also loved her, because she helped so many people around here get what they need. She made that bad tenants move out and kept all the college kids out of the pool (she would go out their all hours of the night to get rid of people so we could sleep. Now they have gotten rid of her. Thsi building is doomed to fail both in maintenance ability and in the kind of people we have hear. She was making it better, now who knows what will happen. I have heard that lots of people will be moving now. it's just not worth it anymore. Martina...if you ever get a chance to read this...GOOD LUCK! You were terrific and a lot of us will miss you! To Pavilion apatments...you blew it!
