The reason I,m Writing this letter is I,ll be moving soon out of state and I was looking on the net for apartments,and I came across this web site. Its funny that the person who wrote in on 8-17-02 have lived here for 8 years and would not recommend other people live here. also those maintenance people they refer to have always responded on time, usually the same day or the next day but I havent had to many problems, but I have seen a major problem in my building and maintenance was there all night so everybody would have water the next morning.I dont get involved like some people do so I didnt know Martina was not working here any more but its probably a good thing because in the years I've lived here I have always had a great stay except for two run-ins I had with Martina
she would not speak to me in the office which had to do with my relocation, second is when she ejected my girlfriend and I from the pool claiming I had no pool pass and I did not live here but whatever. I would highly Recommend pavilion apartments.
