I just dont understand what the issue is with some people. I have been living at Pavilion for awhile. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and its close proximity to shopping, dining and the 101. The pool and spa have just been rebuilt and looks wonderful with the new pool side furniture! The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond what they need to do. My friends and family love to come and visit (not like when I have lived in other apartments)and are always able to find a parking spot. Pavilion is older but they have upgraded the apartments and also have washer and dryers in all the units. This place is great!
