Lived at this location for two years. Apartments are kind of small, but still rather nice. Landscaping is kept up rather nice, with a nice variety of trees that are rather big and provide excellent atmosphere.

A few problems I had were that the sound insulation was rather poor. If you had noisy neighbors or neighbors with noisy kids, you could constantly hear them through the walls. If you lived on the bottom floor, you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking, opening closets, etc.

Parking is ample before 7 or 8 PM.

Community pool is kept clean and fresh during warm seasons. Community laundry room has plenty of machines that work quite well most of the time. Every now and then the dryer doesn't dry your clothes, but that only happened to me twice during my two years there.

Staff is very nice and very prompt. Problems, if any, are fixed same day or first thing the next day. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
