I lived in St. Charles Oaks for 1.5 years. Overall, it's a nice apartment in a nice community. Management is stern, but faily laid back and simple about things. The units are basic, but faily nice and would serve most peoples needs. Parking is ample and lit, although there have been some problems with break ins. The premise area is very clean. What sets it apart from the rest is it's quiet. A lot of families live there and people are generally respective of one another. Then again, this is in Thousand Oaks and this area as a whole is very nice and quiet to live in. No real big complaints, just a nice, simple, clean place to live.
