This sister property of the Knolls, located just around the corner, is the best apartments in and around Thousand Oaks, and moreover, the best apartments I have ever lived in period. The office is well run, the grounds well kept, apartment maintenance performed well the first time and safe!!! There is a slight noise of cars going by, but a minor issue in my mind.
