When you move in everything SEEMS to look ok. Later you will find out, that due to the improper ventilation in the bathrooms, they have a mold problem. They will paint over it, but never repair it. The mold will make you seriously ill. The ants and bugs are all over, even in your bed. When the outdoor lights burn out, it takes them 3 months to change them. Kids from all over hang out in the parking lots doing drugs and then destroying the cars. The rent increases are every 6 months, but nothing improves.
They really do not care once you move in. Stay away, for the money you can rent a house twice the size.

I agree with the mold aspect!!! MOLD MOLD MOLD!!! BATHROOM VENTS ARE HORRIBLE, DIRTY, and DO NOT provide PROPER VENTILATION allowing the PERFECT ENVIRONMENT FOR MOLD TO GROW!! Their LAWYER, when it comes to housing issues, TOM WELLS... ASS HOLE! He could CARE LESS about his tenants! All he wants and craves is money, money, money. So he won't waist his time helping good tenants with mold problems. HE IS NOT A MOLD LAWYER, just the OVERALL apartment LAWYER. AND!!!!! This complex WILL NOT replace ANYTHING unless you ask them too! They said, "WE DON'T FIX ANYTHING UNLESS SOMEONE COMPLAINS OR ASKS." DON'T LIVE HERE OR AT THE KNOLLS!! BAD PLACE!!
